IPARN FOUNDATION, India and the Alfred Noble University, Ukraine sign General Agreement to create educational and scientific partnerships

IPARN FOUNDATION, India has signed a General Agreement on 21st December 2020, with the Alfred Noble University, Ukraine to create educational and scientific partnership. Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Dixit, Chairman of the IPARN FOUNDATION, India and Dr. Sergii Kholod, Rector of the Alfred Nobel University, Ukraine signed the agreement. Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Managing Director (MD) of the IPARN FOUNDATION, India will be in charge of monitoring the implementation of the agreement on behalf of the IPARN FOUNDATION, while Prof. Anatolii Zadoia, Head of the Global Economics Department of Alfred Nobel University will be in charge of monitoring the implementation of the agreement on behalf of Alfred Nobel University.
Alfred Nobel University is a higher educational institution with the IV level of accreditation. It is committed to enhancing innovative technologies in teaching and it helps to strengthen the country’s position in the international arena, which is reflected in its mission. The university creates up-to-date education and scientific values that correspond to the demands of the 21st century and are geared towards dynamic development of the economy and society, towards European and global integration of Ukraine.
IPARN Foundation (Integrated Policy and Administrative Research Networking Foundation) is a Non-profit organisation dedicated to the promotion of scientific research and exchange of knowledge in the field of Public Policy and Public Administration, and its ecosystem, and to contribute to its national and international development. IPARN Foundation is an outcome of an association of experienced academicians, researchers and bureaucrats from around the globe. The best practices from across the nations are frequently discussed and compared for producing effective solutions at the policy level. Moreover, the vision of its members is to make a sustainable future for a better world. The growing network of members has unique thinking and viewpoints towards Administrative and Policy developments.
The collaboration between the two organizations may be one of the following kinds:
a) exchange of Directors, teaching staff and researchers, in form of scientific and lecturing visits;
b) exchange of students (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate/doctoral);
c) participation in research projects, workshops and conferences;
d) exchange of information and scientific publications;
e) cooperation within the publishing activities.
f) establishment of a ‘Centre of Public Policy and Public Administration’ by the IPARN FOUNDATION, India at the Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro, Ukraine with support from the University for the purpose of training , research , publications and conducting short term courses
g) formation of a Team of Researchers for undertaking joint research projects with funds to be obtained from international funding agencies
The agreement will go a long way in fostering the cooperation between the two organizations, and provide opportunities to both organizations to learn from the experience of each other, especially in terms of development of Public Policy and Public Administration on the International level. It will be a landmark step forward in IPARN’s journey towards becoming a major international player.
