IPARN FOUNDATION, India and the Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine sign General Agreement to create educational and scientific partnerships

IPARN FOUNDATION, India has signed a General Agreement on 21st February 2021, with the Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine to create educational and scientific partnership. Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Dixit, Chairman of the IPARN FOUNDATION, India and Prof. Dr. Oleh Skydan, Rector of the Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine signed the agreement. Dr. Saurabh Chandra, Managing Director (MD) of the IPARN FOUNDATION, India will be in charge of monitoring the implementation of the agreement on behalf of the IPARN FOUNDATION, while Iryna Lytvynchuk Dr. Sc. Prof. Head of the Center for Intellectual Property, Innovations and Project Management at Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine will be in charge of monitoring the implementation of the agreement on behalf of Polissia National University, Zhytomyr, Ukraine. Prof. Oleksandr Dluhopolskyi, Head of the Project and Analytical Center of the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, Prof. of Economics Department of the West Ukrainian National University and Member of NAQA, Ukraine will be the coordinator of the agreement.
The collaboration between the two organizations may be one of the following kinds:
a. exchange of Directors/ office holders , faculty members and researchers in form of scientific and lecturing visits;
b. exchange of students (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate/doctoral);
c. organization/partnership in research projects, workshops and conferences;
d. exchange of information and scientific publications
e. cooperation in the publishing activities.
f. formation of a Team of Researchers for undertaking joint research projects with funds to be obtained from International funding agencies.
The agreement will go a long way in fostering the cooperation between the two organizations, and provide opportunities to both organizations to learn from the experience of each other, especially in terms of development of Public Policy and Public Administration on the International level. It will be a landmark step forward in IPARN’s journey towards becoming a major international player.
